Woke up this morning to a massive amount of tweets and retweets about Henry Cavill being picked to play the new superman in the Snyder/Nolan film. Henry has appeared on showtime's The Tudors and has since earned a lot of respect for it. A lot of people are complaining that he is a british actor to play an american superhero. Some people forget where Christian Bale and Andrew Garfield come from and I did not see a single complaint from anyone when he was cast as the new Spiderman.
There was speculation and wishful thinking that Jon Hamm, the star of Mad Men would be playing the part. I read a quote he gave out where he mentioned being too old to be superman. At least we can still enjoy him being an asshole on Mad Men. I do think he would be the perfect Bond, what does everyone think?

I think the fool from mad men would make a rad 007... also the new super man looks like he could pull it off... I dont know I always want to see a dark superman film (kinda like noland and the batman) But it cant happen :( either way im sure it will be rad as fuck!
I've never seen Mad Men, but judging by the way he looks he would make a tight Bond.
